I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very inviting. The breakfasts were excellent and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were refreshing. The location was right in the center of the city, close to all the attractions, but out of the traffic noise.
Couldn't stay longer.

The location of this hotel is quite central with lots of eatery and spa/massages nearby. I believe we were staying in the Expat community area because there were 2 international schools nearby and lots of expat are around. The hotel is relatively new, only 1 month old and generally the facilities are new. The rooms are big and spacious, enough to accommodate 4 of us with 2 double beds.

The location is good and the people very nice and welcoming. The swimming pool is small but very welcomed after going through the Phnom Penh hot air for a day. Last but not least the room key system is so high tech, a real joke...
No view from our room but thus was good relative to street noise. Also the bus ticket reservation service is quite expansive. Like 3-4 dollars per ticket...

the two swimming pools were really clean and refreshing during the hot weather. the quick room service was a plus.
On New Year's, the hotel was not able to handle the large influx of guests, causing chaos and a long wait for check-in. the wifi connection was extremely weak, and the rooms were not soundproof, so it was hard to sleep with all the noise coming from other guests.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, close to all the action. It is conveniently down the back streets, making it easily accessible. the rooms are stylish and well-decorated, with large and comfortable beds. the bathroom is immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is tasty and there are plenty of options to choose from. the hotel offers a spa and a pool to enjoy.
The noise from the construction site opposite the hotel can be quite disruptive at times.

The location was perfect, situated in an upcoming area near the Independence Monument. We were within walking distance of many major sites and enjoyed exploring the back streets of this safe neighborhood where expats live.
